1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). If you are outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order to check availability.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the service selected and your location:
- Standard delivery: Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express options: If available, these will be shown at checkout with estimated delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier capacity or adverse conditions. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs (if any) will be shown clearly before you complete your order. Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value; any such threshold will be displayed on the product or checkout page.
5. Tracking
Where available, we will provide a tracking number or link so you can follow your delivery. Please check your order confirmation and dispatch emails for tracking details.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required, or provide delivery instructions (e.g. safe place) if you have agreed this with the courier. We are not responsible for parcels left in a safe place if you have authorised this. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and, where possible, photos.
7. Failed or Missed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver (e.g. no one available, incorrect address), they will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier or contact us so we can help resolve the delivery. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us; in that case we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund in line with our Return Policy.
